| Topic: Emotional Intelligence |
| |
|
Have you ever thought why the best student at university is not the best one in family life or in profession? Why he is not the best father or best spouse?
|
| |
|

It’s probably the emotional intelligence. Emotional intelligence is form of social intelligence that involves the ability to monitor one’s own and others’ feelings and emotions, to discriminate among them, and to use this information to guide one’s thinking and action.

| Speak from Experience |

| [Real world experience. Not flashy theories] |
| |
| The Anubhava Mantapa (forum to discuss experiences) established in the 12th century by common people is considered to be glorious spiritual institution. Anubhava Mantap became cradle for new ideas and ideals, these new ideas are to sow the seed of democracy, equality and free thinking. Real world experiences of common man are documented in the form of Vachanas. Vachanas capture the discussion and debate from real experiences not flash theories. Universal values are the life of Vachanas, they are relevant irrespective of time and geography.
