YOGIC BREATHING FOR STRESS FREE LIVING by Dr. Gagan Bhalla
 
 
Dr. Gagan Bhalla is the principal Canadian representative of Yoga-Pranayam, a movement lead by Swami Ramdevji. Yoga-Pranayam focuses on controlled breathing and posture to relieve pain, increase energy and improve body, mind and spirit. Gagan is coordinating the introduction of Yoga-Pranayam in Canada.
 
Dr. Bhalla is an orthodontist by profession. He lives in Mississauga and uses Swami Ramdevji's Yog teachings.
 
After getting benefited by Yog-Pranayam, he and his wife Uma who is the National Yoga Teachers Coordinator, Canada are helping the humanity by joining P.P. Swami Ramdevji Maharaj’s Huge Vision of “Good Health is Human Beings Birth Right”
