Wish you and family Happy New Year. I have good news to report, after 6-weeks of active search for venue we have finalized venue for convention 2010. Venue we have finalized is Sheraton Parkway Toronto North Hotel & Suites, 600 Highway 7 East (at Highways 404 & 7), Richmond Hill.

We picked Sheraton both because of the space it has and also the competitive room rents. It has 600-capacity ballroom and 600-capcacity-meal room, several spacious breakout rooms. It is conveniently located just ~30 minutes drive from Airport. Connected by 404 and 407.

The Sheraton and Best Western are two connected franchised hotels with shared conference facilities, which are independently owned and operated by Parkway Hotels And Convention Center Inc. The 312 rooms Sheraton is a full service hotel offering luxurious rooms and Jacuzzi suites in two towers. Guests of the 129 rooms Best Western are entitled to use most of the amenities of the Sheraton while enjoying economically priced accommodation in traditional rooms and longer stay efficiency suites. All of our rooms offer one phone line, with data port and voice mail, high speed internet access available, coffee maker, mini refrigerator, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and in-room movies.
